How long are the appointments and how many sessions?

The first appointments will last 1 ½ hours, appointments after  will be for 1 hour. As a guide the first part of the initial session will be devoted to an assessment with therapy treatments then starting.

As a rough guide and depending on the person and their presenting issue, treatments will usually take between 2-4 sessions. The sessions are always tailored to the individual.

For stop smoking  the sessions will last for about 2 hours and there is an inclusive follow-up session.

Please try to remember to say which practice you want to see me at, I work in both Reading and Wallingford.

How much will these treatments cost?

You will find that I am not the cheapest hypnotherapist around, however you will also find that I am not the most expensive. If low cost is important to you then I will be more than happy to help you find a cheaper therapist. However if you want a quality service from an ethical, friendly and fully insured therapist then my fee are -

- £65 per session - 1 hour (approx)

- £195 for stop smoking - 2 hours (with inclusive follow-up session)

I can take payments in cash, by cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card or by PayPal by agreement.

Any other arrangements can be discussed such as double sessions, corporate bookings, student or O.A.P discounts and home visits etc, please do ask.

Cancellation Fee: Please be aware that If you need to cancel a session, this needs to be done at least 24 hours in advance. If not there will be a cancellation charge to you for 50% of the session cost.

You may wish to consider the fee to be an investment in yourself - after all, you're worth it aren't you!!!
